Pasture Raised Eggs

When we say pastured, we mean unlimited, daily access to pasture.

Chickens in pasture, pasture-raised chickens, pasture-raised eggs

We believe spoiled hens lay the most delicious and nutritious eggs. Our laying flock has dawn to dusk access to pasture year round; their automatic door ensures they are safely tucked away from predators each night. Their diet is supplemented with Tucker Milling's NatureCrest Layer Pellets which is GMO-free, soy-free, and corn-free. We also share kitchen scraps, herbs, and reject fruits and veg from the garden.

We do not agree with standard practices of the commercial egg industry, including limited coop space (as little as 1/2 sq. ft./bird), beak trimming, and living their entire life indoors. The USDA does not regulate the amount of space per bird for cage-free birds or the amount of outdoor space available to free-range birds. Our laying flock has a MINIMUM of 4 sq. ft. of indoor coop space per bird with extensive pasture space. Their pasture fencing is moved as needed to provide them with fresh land to forage.

In addition to aiming to ethically raise our birds with the highest quality supplementation, we aim to provide our customers with a dreamy rainbow assortment of eggs. Our mixed flock of layers provides us with brown, blue, green, speckled, pink, and even chocolate brown eggs. We hope these assortments bring you as much joy as they bring us.
