Every ounce of honey extracted from our hives has been carefully uncapped, manually spun in our extractor, and bottled by hand. Our honey comes from a wide variety of wildflowers available to our bees in the surrounding area. Our honey is not ultra filtered or pasteurized, preserving the beneficial enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen particles.
